Refund, Cancellation, and Replacement Policy

At Mirror Dimension, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, due to the custom nature of our mobile skins, we have specific guidelines for refunds, cancellations, and replacements.

Cancellation Policy

We allow cancellations only if the order has not yet been processed for production. If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible. If your order is eligible for cancellation, any advance payment made will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

Refund Policy

As Mirror Dimension mobile skins are custom-made, we generally do not offer refunds or returns once the product is shipped. Refunds will only be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • The product has a manufacturer defect.
  • The product was damaged in transit.
  • Incorrect or missing items in your order.

To qualify for a refund, you must provide visual proof (an image or video) showing the defect or damage within 24 hours of receiving your order. Refunds are processed once the returned product passes our quality inspection, and funds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.


Replacement Policy

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a replacement within 1 day of delivery by providing visual evidence. The defective item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Important Notes-


Non-Refundable Cases:

Mirror Dimension does not accept refunds or replacements for items ordered incorrectly by the customer.

Refunds are not available for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in other cases.

Invalid Refund Reasons:

  • Buyer’s change of mind after the order is placed.
  • Incomplete or incorrect application by the customer.
